OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH

  1. We believe in a triune God composed of three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. All individual personalities yet functioning as one (Matt. 28:19).

  2. We believe our Bible is the inerrant Word of God, verbally inspired by the Holy Spirit, and holy men of God wrote without any other resource (II Peter 1:21).

  3. We believe Jesus Christ, the son of God, was the creator of everything (John 1:1, Colossians 1:16, Hebrews 1:2).

  4. We believe God the Son became the incarnate God in the flesh by way of the virgin birth (Galatians 4:4, Matthew 1:23).

  5. We believe that mankind/human race began with Adam, perfect and sinless, but after his act of disobedience, precipitated the fall of the whole human race (Romans 5:12, Romans 3:23).

  6. We believe God has provided the way back to fellowship with Himself through faith and faith alone in Jesus Christ and his death for our sins, his burial of three days and three nights, and his resurrection in power and glory (I Corinthians 15:1-4).

  7. We believe every believer of that gospel is baptized by the Holy Spirit into the body of Christ (I Corinthians 12:13, Ephesians 1:23).

  8. We believe the communion table is the time of reverential contemplating of the finished work of the cross and that there is no set schedule in practice (I Corinthians 11:26).

  9. We believe the true believer will live a life pleasing to God (Titus 2:1, 12, & 13, Galatians 5:22 & 23).

  10. We believe in giving and not tithing; for tithing means to give a tenth of our substance. We believe if God gave us His son Jesus, and Jesus gave us his whole self, his life. We as believers are commanded to present our bodies, our whole self to God as a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. Then all of us belong to God, meaning everything, every area of our life belongs to God including our possessions, money, relationships, our children, jobs, our problems, etc., leaving nothing out. We are to give as the Holy Spirit leads us, not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. We as believers should desire to support the body of Christ, the ministry through our offerings of financial support and through working in the fields to minister to others in different facets of the ministry. That everything that we are and own belongs to God because we belong to God. We are just stewarding over what God has allowed us to have. We are to be used as instruments and tools to glorify him on this earth. While in turn we also reap the benefits in our obedience to God. Without God we would have nothing (2 Corinthians 9:7; Romans 12:1; John 1:3; and Colossians 1:16-17).

  11. We believe in the pre-tribulation out calling of the body of Christ. (I Corinthians 15:51-54, I Thessalonians 4:13-17), followed by a seven-year tribulation [Daniel 9:27], and the second coming of Christ to set up the thousand-year reign of Christ (Zechariah 14:1-9).

  12. We believe the lost of all the ages will be resurrected and appear before the great white throne and then sent to their eternal doom  (John 5:28 & 29, Revelation 20:11-15).
